Missing Resharper Syntax highlighting keywords in "Fonts & Colors" option dialog

Hi,

after installing R# build 219 for Visual Studio 2005 the R# entries
for Syntax highlighting are gone in the "Fonts & Colors" option
dialog. I tried to run devenv.exe /setup without success. After that i
deinstalled R#, made a repair installation of Visual Studio and then
reinstalled R# without success. The R# entries are gone. I have saved
the registry branch where Visual Studio saves the "Fonts & Color"
settings. I tried to restore the branch also with no success. After
closing Visual studio the R# entries in the registry branch are gone.
Luckily i had exported my Visual Studio settings before i installed
the new release. When i restore the settings, syntax coloring is
perfect even after closing and reopening Visual studio. This is very
strange to me because even after restoring the configuration i don't
see any R# related entry in the "Font & Colors" dialog.
