Uninstall leaves R# in menu

v219 for VS2005 is unusable for me ; also it left two ReSharper menu items in Visual Studio's menu bar, one normal and one greyed out. I have uninstalled ReSharper but there is still one greyed-out menu item in Visual Studio. Any idea how to get rid of it?

Hello Patrick,

you can customize VS menu as you like using Tools|Customize.
