Build 229 ... always on top icons and windows!
I just installed build 229. I then loaded up my solution, which takes a
while. So I switched over to another application.
And what to my surprise, the translucent Resharper "parsing files" window in
the lower left popped up on top of my application, and remained there as if
it had a global system "always on top" setting, even as I switched to other
applications, and even called up this newsreader to post.
But worse yet, a yellow lightbulb appeared. On top of all other windows. I
can't even see my Visual Studio right now, but in this window I'm typing in,
there's a yellow lightbulb right in the middle, complete with tooltip.
Something got messed up somewhere.... :)

This bug is fixed in the build 231.
