Live templates show in popups error

With ontype popups when I type foreach in list I can see foreach with live
template icon which expands with corespond template

but if I type for and than Press Ctrl+Space I see foreach w/o LT icon and
after pres on it it rypes in studio only foreach()

look at attachments
