File Structure Window: Collapsing Regions in Source not possible

Hi there

I don't know whether it's a bug or a missing feature: While I can neatly
create regions using the file structure window, collapsing them in the
window does not do the same in code. This is something I'm really
missing - especially since source code formatting expands all regions
(which always forces me to click through my sources in order to close
them again...)

(Which would be another nice feature, btw - a "collapse all" function in
the file structure window)

Cheers,
Philipp

Would be a nice one to have, though! Man, I love the file structure window :)
