[Feature Request]: Installer

Can I ask Jetbrains to make a single installer for Resharper? If you
utilize the feature capabilities of Installshield, you should be able to
execute code conditionally depending on whether a user wants to install
for VS 2003, VS 2005, or both.

I feel it would be much easier to have one package to download, rather
than multiple.
