[241-244] Visual Studio takes sometime to load

Hello Gabriel,

I think VS startup time has been an issue since even earlier builds. Unfortunately,
we can't
manage to improve it in the 2.0, but this problem will definitely be addressed
in future releases /
bugfix updates.

I believe I it started with EAP Build 241. It takes a long time to
complete finish loading Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Visual Studio 2005
with the ReSharper add-in. It seems like there is a delay during the
loading of the IDE (?)
