Error reporting stopped working

Hi,

My R# error reporting stopped working (though it can connect, because if
I break the connection the error is different).

See attached screenshot.

Wiebe,
There are 3 possible reasons either some of Your settings became invalid, or
Your gateway is down, or our server is down.
Please, try to retype the settings and submit.

Same problem here with EAP Build 243.

Hello Sergey,

same problem here with build #245. I'm fairly sure my settings have not changed,
and I have been getting this consistently with the last few builds in several
different network locations where no other networking problems appear.

Below is the error I get in a dialog box after the error reporting HTTP request
times out.
