[251] Find Usages hangs

It would be great if you could attach the CLR debugger to the hung studio,
and post here the stacktraces of all threads with managed frames

I find that if I use the Expand All Nodes option then the hang does not
occur, however if I expand using the tree, it's occurs quite frequently.
The CPU goes 100% and VS 2003 hangs up.
