#253: Stacktrace link in Unit Test Runner doesn't work

When unit test throws an exception, the stacktrace will be shown in the unit
test runner screen with some hyperlinks. However, when clicking at those
hyperlinks, R# doesn't do anything. It should bring me to the code as shown
in the stacktrace.
