Strange spontaneous key-remappings

Since installing the latest EAP build, I've had at least three experiences
with keyboard keys being remapped strangely, and I had to "reset all
keyboard shortcuts" in the Resharper Options menu to get them back. I
notice it when I press a key (like Ctrl+N) and it does something completely
unexpected... I have to reset the keyboard shortcuts to get "Go to class"
back. In another example, shift-tab 'disappeared' and was remapped to
something random, which I found out as I tried to un-indent a block of
selected text. In the third example, I noticed when Ctrl+F12 suddenly
became something else.

Has anyone else experienced any problems or issues with reshaper keys
suddenly getting un-mapped (or even regular VS keystrokes), requiring you to
Reset all keyboard shortcuts to get them back?

I run with multiple instances of VS2005 open, and frequently have them open
for days on end...

I experienced similar issues in earlier builds, but not lately.
