Close All But This is missing in VS2005

When I right-click on a tab in VS2003, R# adds a menu item "Close All
But This". This menu item does not appear for me in VS 2005. Is this a
known bug?

Hello Nate,

this is by design - VS 2005 already has 'Close All But This' feature on its
own, and ReSharper doesn't
add it.

I thought I'd better reply with my solution in case anyone else is
having this problem. After asking around a bit a friend told me that
there was a known bug with an early EAP build of R# 2.0 for VS2005 where
the "Close All But This" menu item was removed. I tried uninstalling
and reinstalling both R# and VS to no avail. The way that I finally got
the menu item back was to completely uninstall both R# and VS. Then I
went through and deleted everything which pertained to either R# or
VS2005 from my registry, Application Data and Local Settings folders, as
well as everything left in Program Files which pertained to VS2005 but
which wasn't removed as part of the uninstallation. When I reinstalled
this time the menu item was back. I'm sure that if I had know which
file was corrupted it would have been simply deleting one setting or
file but, not having that knowledge I just deleted everything I could.

Hello Nate,

I suspect that disabling ReSharper, applying 'Reset All Settings' and then
enabling ReShaper again would
return the missing menu item at a much lower cost. This workaround certainly
appeared in the newsgroups a couple
of times, but I realize that it may be not easy to find...
