Reformat of non-C# files

We don't have formatting support for XML-like and ASP files yet. And the
support will not be implemented in 2.5.

I think the problem is most needed for .config and .aspx/.ascx files.
The designer in VS seems incapable of making a properly formatted file.

And in the Tools/Options/Text Editor you can customize the formatting
for specific languages. Even works for C# :)
