[301] File structure window

I definitely agree. I was wondering if it would be possible to make the
refactoring keyboard shortcuts work in the File Structure window as well?
(e.g. if I have a method hightlighted, it would be nice to be able to press
F2 to rename)

Just have to say that I love now having the Ctrl+F11 shortcut to
access the
file structure window, and the new context menu in the window is
fantastic!
