[313] Reformat code does not work anymore

I just installed the 313 version. If I try to reformat the code of the currently active file, nothing happens.

No spaces are replaced by tabs, indentation not changed, no braces added, just nothing. I checked my settings for lay-out and they are as before.

Installation problem or a major bug?
