this is a known bug which we've been looking into for a while already. BTW,
does it happen with other ReSharper tool windows for you?

Unit Test Explorer and Unit Test Sessions are good but my VS doesn't
remember it's placement and I am forced to open it every time I start
VS. I have no problems with other VS windows.

I get the same behaviour with the file structure window - which I have docked
on the right tabbed with the solution explorer - and the find usages window
- which I have floating on my second monitor on the left. Both of these
windows require placing whenever I open a new instance of VS.
