redrawing during scrolling of text

Hi Guys

I have just installed resharper 2.0.4-vs2003 on a dual core machine and when I scroll up and down the code window the screen is jerky / doesnt scroll / slow to redraw, is this normal? Do other people experience this? I upgraded from 1.5 and that was fine.

Its quite annoying and would like to get it sorted.
