How to re-enabble R#'s font & color settings?

I installed R# but then imported a VS2008 theme (this theme doesn't contain R# font&color settings). After importing, R#'s font & color settings don't work anymore. How can I re-enable them?

Actually not all of them but some of them don't work anymore.
