Resharper 4.0, vs 2008 and web site problems

Hello.

Since I've installed the R3 4.0 I've been having several problems with it when I open an existing web site (this problem is still there on the latest night build). In these cases, VS simply closes without any warnings. Initially, I thought that the problem was related with previous resharper files since deleting them would sove the problem. meanwhile, I've noticed that there are cases where the only option I have is to clean the bin folder (just delete all the items to the recycle bin) and then, after opening VS, I recover those deleted items.

I'm seeing this on win vista 64 bits and win server 2008 rtm. is this a know issue? what can I do to give you more info about this problem?
