Synergy between "severity" setting and "cleanup"

If some supported refactoring is flagged with severity "error", then (where possible) the refactoring should be automatically performed as a cleanup.

If the severity GUI could be augmented to include a second drop-down list of the defined cleanup levels, then allowing the user to multi-select which cleanup levels would automatically perform the refactoring would be great.
