Code cleanup profiles

Code cleanup profiles seem to still be "in progress". Will user-created profiles be stored in the "Code Style Sharing" context at some point? In particular, I have RS configured to share styles via a file in the solution, but profiles appear to be global and machine dependent.

Also "usings" cleanup often creates/maintains empty regions inside the namespace clause.

And there does not appear to be a way to have RS apply the naming style (i.e. leading underscores) globally during a cleanup. Some other refactorings would also be of greater use if they could be applied automatically.

And are "headers" documented anywhere?
