Is UnitRun still around? It's mentioned in installer

Hello,

Is UnitRun still around? I didn't see it in a product page or
download page. It's still mentioned in the ReSharper 4 installer so
not sure if it's appropriate.

The UnitRun project has been suspended. Instead, the built-in R# unit testing
support has been greately improved.

The "installer progress" mock-up bitmap was first sketched more than a year
ago, no surprise it's gone somehow outdated ;)
