Implementing an interface does not work when you select the name of the interface

Take the following screenshot:

 

 

I have a class called ProductGroup that should implement IProductGroup but when the name of the interface namely IProductGroup is selected when you use the quickfix then ReSharper says that there is nothing to implement.
