The dialog refers to "supplementary package" 0c6e6407-13fc-4878-869a-c8b4016c57fe.

In searching, I can't find it in the registry or Resharper files... but, I did find it mentioned in a VSMsiLog* file under VS.NET:

07/22/08 10:30:14 DDSet_Status: Entering function CVsPackageInfo::HrInstantiatePackage   GUID={0C6E6407-13FC-4878-869A-C8B4016C57FE}
07/22/08 10:30:14 DDSet_Status: Begin package load [JetBrains.ReSharper.VS, Version=4.0.909.11, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1010a0d8d6380325]   GUID={0C6E6407-13FC-4878-869A-C8B4016C57FE}
07/22/08 10:30:14 DDSet_Status: End package load [JetBrains.ReSharper.VS, Version=4.0.909.11, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=1010a0d8d6380325]   GUID={0C6E6407-13FC-4878-869A-C8B4016C57FE}
This appears to be an entry from my last install of ReSharper.

In looking under my system's "Add or Remove Programs", I found two entries:
  JetBrains ReSharper 4
  JetBrains ReSharper 4.0

I uninstalled them both, then re-installed with build 925...

... and it worked fine.

So, the problem is solved. I suspect the problem is related to build 925 being refered to as Version 4.1.
