Resharper 4 not loaded for VS2008

Hi,
i am facing the same problem ..................if anyone knows please reply

Hi Leonardo/Asmita,

I have had the same problem and I tried the following, do try it and may work!

First, close MVS 2008 and go to \Documents and Settings\[windows user]\Local Settings\Application Data folder

and locate "JetBrains", either rename or delete. Now launch MVS 2008 and you would see the ReSharper configuration setting dialog.

I had this problem too (with VS2005 and VS2008 both installed on my PC).  I had uninstalled MSXML.  After re-installing, Resharper worked again.
