Quick fix does not work on right half of source file window

Quick fix does not work on right half of source file window. It is simply not shown. I already created an issue (RSRP-67088). But yet nothing happens. Since it is really annoying, I wonder why nobody else seems to complain. Does anybody else actually know this problem? How do you deal with it?

Are you running a font other than Courier New or Consolas?

I use Courier. But with Courier New it also happens. Tried Arial, it also happens, but on the third thirdth of the window.
Could you do me a favour: I never saw a resharper running, where it was possible to use quick fix on the right half of the window. Would you mind sending me a screen shot,  where I can see that this is normally working? Please post something like in RSRP-67088. (http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/RSRP-67088)
Thanks in advance

No screenshot, I'm afraid, but I can say this: I've raised this issue before with JetBrains, and the behaviour you describe is exactly that of the problem I previously reported. My report went beyond "halves", "thirds" etc. to include a variety of fonts in a variety of sizes, with the IDE either launched set to that font or launched with one font and then changed to another (which does improve things, actually, depending on the starting font and the one you then change to), determining that it depends on the specific typeface and size you start with and, if you change the settings afterwards, the specific typeface and size you change to, and results in the quick-fixes not responding once the cursor goes right of a _specific column_, where that column is dependent on the aforementioned typeface/size start-up/change combinations. Suffice it to say that the issue has been reported in vast detail.

Sadly, their response to all of this is that they only guarantee correct behavior in this regard if and only if you use one of the "standard" VS fonts, those being Courier New and Consolas.

My suggestion to you: change the IDE to 10 point Courier New (which I believe is the out-of-the-box default, no? If I'm wrong, just change it to the correct value ). Restart the IDE. If you can reproduce the issue at this point, then you will have something that breaks what they have committed to (as much as I might disagree with their limited commitment as it relates to this issue.)

Thanks,
unfortunately it works, with the "Courier New" font, as you told. So finally I have an idea why nobody seems to complain. Obviously they all use this shabby "Courier New".
So I hope and pray that they will fix my issue once. And meanwhile I am quite less motivated to recommend Resharper to programmers around me. "Otchen zhal" as a resharper-programmer would say.

Hello,

I changed my font to Courier and it works like a charm. Also tried Arial
- works.

I'm using ReSharper 4.5, however the build 1181 is not yet available to public.

Did you restarted the studio after you changed the font?
The initial behaviour always seems to remain. So it is not enough to change the font.
