An absolute must have feature

Please, please, please add the ability to configure a delay after editing
before doing a code inspection. Like the CodeCompletion delay but for Code
Inspection.


Ctrl-8 is handy but a delay that resets automatically after each edit before
ReSharper does the code inspection would make edits ReSharper consuming CPU
time to check something that has known syntax errors.
