I'm not sure where my config file stands at this moment as I have made tweaks but mostly to the one I have at work. Attached is my home one which might have been tweaked recently. I use Vista at home, XP at work.

EDIT: I should mention that I don't think I experienced the same problem as Peter Sulek reported but over time I have lost settings of other types when installing some new RS versions but nothing that can't be easily corrected.
