[R# 5.0 EAP] NUnit Explicit tests must be ignored

Tests marked as [Explicit] must be ignored when running in a group (for example when selecting whole project tests to run through Unit Test Explorer) - and runned only when explicitly selected to run just this test.
It works in 4.5.
