Missing Marker Bar and Status Indicators

Serge,

This is the Limited CTP version.  I am checking with them to see if the
NDA will allow me to discuss this.  I think that it's important to know
if they are making any breaking changes to the internal code, wouldn't
you agree?

I am having the same problem. Just installed ReSharper 5.0.1648.10 in Visual Studio 10.0.21006.1 B2Rel. No marker bar at all.
