RSRP-144952 ArgumentOutOfRangeException makes R# unusable

Hello,

This issue makes Resharper current builds unusable (atleast in VS2008)
as it occurs basically every single time R# intellisense kicks in and
locks up VS2008 for 10-20 seconds. I've had to roll back to 1565 after
each versions I've tried that ahs included this bug.

According to the issue tracker, it has just been fixed.
