ctrl-alt-shift down arrow and up arrow changes... bug??

When using the ctrl-alt-shift down arrow and up arrow to move methods, fields, and properties up and down in a file, the caret is not positioned correctly after the move. It is remains at the same location as it was before the move. This prevents you from repeatedly using the ctrl-alt-shift up and down to quickly move a method up and down in a file.
