Strange issue with VS2010 and Exceptions

OK, I am not certain what the cause here is, but I have a fairly new
installation of VS2010 w/R# 5.0 (latest) installed.  When debugging
exceptions, I am getting an error from VS:  Unable to cast object of Tyoe
'JetBrains.ReSharper.ExceptionVisualizer.ExceptionSerializer' to tyoe
'Microsoft.VisualStudio.DebberVisualizers.VisualizerObjectSource'.
