is there an opposite action for "use collection initializer"?

I have an existing collection initializer where some of the item should now
only be added for specific conditions -- can I flatten out the collection
initializer into separate .Add() statements somehow?

Oops, just found it -- I somehow only tried using ctrl-shift-R but the
action only is available via alt-enter.
