Go To Declaration on ctrl-click not working
2010 rtm. The base class, for example, gets underlined and hilighted but the
navigation does not happen (yes, the option to do so is checked in Options)

I also have exactly the same problem and it's driving me nuts. How can we fix this?

The links work. You just have to click them the first time and then wait a second or two then click the link again once or twice and it will finally launch to the correct method or item your wanting to go to.
Can't say that happens for me. I can click until kingdom come and nothing except the word getting highlighted happens.
I thought I saw something that this is (finally) fixed - how do I get the
