Small bug in Fonts and Colors
I use custom black color scheme in VS for syntax highlighting. Every time I reinstall ReSharper the color for "highlighted comments", like this one:
// TODO fix this
is reseted to original value. When I use Tools => Properties => click to Fonts and colors => OK it is repaired.
I guess it might be easily fixable bug in ReSharper.

Edit: Funny, though, I installed the 1761 build and didn't have this problem...
if i remember this issue exists since version 1.0. As it only occurs if i frequently install EAP builds, for me it's no issue. But you are right, it's a little bit annoying.
