R# 6 keyboard shortcuts for unit tests

What happend with shortcut commands:

ReSharper.ReSharper_UnitTest_RunContext
ReSharper.ReSharper_UnitTest_DebugContext
in R#6 they are gone and i cant find anything else that will do the
job.
