"Unable to connect to the remote server" error

When I launch a project in VS 2008 I get error "Unable to connect to the remote server" from R#'s exception browser window. Why is R# trying to connect to a remote server? I always have to mute this exception.

Also I can't copy the error message in this window. ctrl-c should work. (build 2102).
