Live templates need to be invoked twice to work

If you have custom live templates it takes 2x times to trigger it to
happen which is really annoying. I have my live templates named for
example xcursorwait, xlogtrace. So when I initially press Ctrl+E, L I
don't get them in my dropdown. Pressing Ctrl+E, L the second time
seems to put them in the menu

Thank you. I had this issue in YouTrack forever, it happened in 5.1 also: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/RSRP-196923. Was just getting nowhere with it.
