[402] Event handlers and Method can be made static

It looks like RS3 introduced green as a new gutter dash color and first example I see is WinForms event handlers "can be made static". Things is though, WinForms event handlers really cannot be made static. VS will throw a fit!

Also, if you know a future build fixes the VS crash problem, please post a note so that those of us suffering it know to try that build.

Hello Michael,

In Build 405 we fixed the problem with crash in case of nested Solution Folders.

As for WinForms event handlers, it is known problem, we are going to fix
it for 3.0.

I think this problem is back again!

It was not present in 5.0, but I recently upgraded to 5.1.3000.12, and I'm getting this problem. I'm running VS 2010.
