Build 2155 xUnit provider missing

In the latest build 2155 the provider for xUnit is missing from the unit testing providers. The xunit-contrib project source seems to only support build 2151 and doesn't compile with 2155, seems there were a lot of changes in between.

Anyway, it would be great if the xUnit provider came already bundled with ReSharper, same like with the other testing frameworks.
