Rating drop between 2200 vs 2201??

What happened that caused such a massive drop in the ratings? 2200 is almost 5 stars. Are any of the voters here that voted on 2200 and 2201 so disparetly?

We are investigating the reasons, but currently it looks like every publicly
announced build receives a number of anonymous downvotes for no apparent
reasons. We've seen this previously, and also on other rating-enabled resources.
Unfortunately, there are that kind of people out there...

I've often wondered if search bots can hit such controls and vote low.  I run a site that seems to get weird 'low ratings' but I've never cared enough to take a gander into the logs to see if I could figure out who it came from (the user agent).

Perhaps because the "parsing source" problem remains, even though it was stated it was fixed... Recompiles that 5 times as long, because every time it finished a recompile, it feels it needs to parse 10-50 resx files for absolutely no reason.
