Another VB autocomplete issue

in the last time i'm working intensely with generic collections. When creating new instances i notice following problem:

I enter my code until this point:

Now there is a difference behavior dependent on my input. If i press the TAB key R# completes my input as expected.

But if i enter an open brace "(" while the popup is open R# adds additional brackets to my declaration:

which leads to a syntax error:
