same for me. Even the workaround i used in the past (exporting the fonts and colors registry settings, modify and reimport them) did not work. And unfortunately the default color scheme is unusable with VS's dark theme.
I have the same problem, and it's a shame since the new dark theme goes well with a dark coloring scheme for the code. Going into fonts and colors and pressing OK does not work either (this would sometimes solve broken colors in vs2010). I've been able to work around it a bit by importing my old VS2010 settings (which has dark theme colors etc), this seems to load the colors properly but it reverts back to broken colors every startup.
I am also using VS11's dark theme and imported my VS2008 dark theme settings and then exported them. They looks fine. Once a while (not every time), the colors are broken when VS 11 starts so I go import my VS11 settings and that fixes it. Seems to be like an issue with VS11 and needs to reported to Microsoft.
R# is the cause of the colors issue. If you suspend R#, the colors are OK. The workaround is to disable "Color indentifiers" under Code inspections. This dialog also causes R# exception when trying to save or cancel.
Even with the Resharper options availabe under Fonts and Colors, it seems as if the default Resharper colors clash with the Visual Studio 2012 RC dark theme. For instance, the error hover in the C# editor is very difficult to read. Will these defaults be fixed to change based on the light theme/dark theme selection?

I still don't see the entries as of the latest EAP.
abdu,
I don't see any Resharper entries between "Regular Expression" and
"Sampling Hot Line 1", too.

Hello Bob
This should get fixed in one of the upcoming ReSharper 7 EAP builds. Thank you!
