Templates Editor no longer working

When I try to either edit or add a new live template I get nothing. I press the button within the template explorer window and nothing happens. no error, no window, no
editor, no nothing. My previous templates are all listed in the template explorer window. This applies to Live templates, Surround templates and file templates. anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Hello Yann,

It's a knonw issue here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-329433. The cause of this is, usually, a TeamCity plugin installed in the VS. Please try to remove all other JetrBrains addins, run 'Repair' on ReSharper after that and check if it helps.
