Resharper 9 EAP7 disables VS2013 intellisense

Anyone else finding this in build EAP7?  I installed both the C++ and .NET Resharper products from that build into Visual Studio 2010 and 2013 on an x64 Windows 7 SP1 machine.  The C++ product seems to be working as expected, but when I open any solution with C# projects, all intellisense functionality for files from those projects disappears.  I can mangle type names, namespaces, and syntax all I want, and none of these are visually called out by intellisense.  The only way to get confirmation that there's a problem is to build the solution.

If I then remove the .NET Resharper EAP7 install, intellisense is restored and all is right with the world again.

This problem does NOT exhibit in VS2010, only VS2013 C# projects, as far as I can tell.

Below is the version info from my VS2013 seat after installing Resharper - hope this helps identify the root cause.

Doh!  The Resharper menu in the main toolbar had an item "Why Resharper is Disabled", and it was because I hadn't activated the license - first time I've used it.

Never mind!
