Is there a offline version of the ReSharper documentation?

Just bought a personal copy of ReSharper 5 (C# edition). Enjoying it
immensely but would love to have a PDF version of the documentation
that I can read offline (i.e. on my iPad while traveling etc). Is such
available at all?
