Exception warning after deleting last surround with

In order to streamline my coderush+resharper experience even more I'm
trying to eliminate duplicate functionality. During teh deletion of
all surround with templates I got the following error (see
attachment).

Another thing I noticed is that the delete confirmation is not a modal
window and clicking delete 4 times gives 4 confirmation windows. The
same applies to the templates sheet.
