VSNET2003 crash when you are closing

Only some issues after installation process for Resharper 2.0 build 208.

- Sometimes the cursor is hidden from the VSNET2003's code editor. This is shown
again if you change of file.
- The project takes its time in load process (calling assemblies).
- The error (see below) is shown sometimes (generally, after the change of my ip):

Microsoft Develpoment Environment
The Following exception has occurred:
InternalErrorException: Exception Logged

This error is not shown after Resharper uninstall.
