Temporarily disable Resharper?
Is there a way to temporarily disable Resharper? It significantly slows down Visual Studio's performance when I open a solution consisting of about 80 projects.
P.S. I'm evaluating version 1.5.1

Hello Andy,
Go in the menu Tools/Add-in Manager.
There you can uncheck it.
You can even change it so that it won't load at startup if you wish.
Thank you!
I just noticed this myself, although it's a bit late to do anything about
it. I dropped roughly 80 source files into a project a while ago and
ReSharper has been eating 100% CPU time for the past 30 minutes or so. It
might be nice if ReSharper could do its thing in the background and let me
continue working until it is finally finished building the tree or whatever
it's doing. As it is, Visual Studio 2003 isn't responding so I'm basically
dead in the water until either it finishes or I get tired of waiting and
kill it.

This will be implemented in ReSharper 2.0.
